Preventative Care
At Cozy Pet Mobile Veterinary Care, we are fully committed to your pet’s health. We provide important preventative care services including wellness exams, vaccinations, microchipping, wellness blood work, heartworm prevention and flea and tick prevention. What's even better is we provide these services at your home, office, or where ever you would like - no more stressful drives to the vet clinic.
Minor Illnesses and Injuries
We are available for in home treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. Most procedures that can be done in an exam room can also be done in the comfort of your home. We also offer allergy testing and immunotherapy. We do not provide emergency care, hospitalization, surgery, or radiology. Pharmacy
We are able to care for your pet's prescription needs, including chronic medication monitoring and refills. For your convenience most medications that your pet will need are available during your appointment. You can also order medication from our online pharmacy
Lab Work
Lab work provides important information about your pet's health. We offer a full range of laboratory testing to meet your pet's needs.
End of Life Care
It can be difficult and stressful to bring sick or elderly pets into the vet clinic. We provide in home hospice care to help your pet maintain quality of life without the stress of travel. When the time comes to say goodbye we provide euthanasia services in the familiar comfort of your home. We also offer aftercare services including cremation.

Where Pets Come First
Cozy Pet Mobile Veterinary Care has been offering outstanding pet care in Person County, NC and surrounding areas since 2020. We offer a wide range of services for pets of every breed. We are a small family business that prides ourselves on providing high quality personalized care for your pet.
Our model is unique because we visit you at your home, office, or wherever you would like. This allows your pet to get individualized care and attention in the most comfortable setting possible. Who wants to get in a carrier and ride to the vet when the vet can come to you?
Our veterinarian, Dr. Barbie Harris, is a 2009 graduate of NC State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a Fear Free Certified Professional which means she has undergone special training to be able to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress for your pet. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association, and the International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care.
Our practice manager, Justin Harris, has a background in management, logistics, and environmental health. He is excited to use his background to benefit the pets of this community.
